Minutes of the Monthly Meeting of the Board of Directors of
Westlake Homeowners Association

Board members in attendance: Cynthia Gerwe, Fritz Gerwe, Chris Heuer, Rolland Royce, Lev Volod
Fritz called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m.
Meeting minutes. Minutes of the April 2020 meeting were approved.
Treasurer’s report. Rolland reviewed the April 2020 financials, including recent dues collections and disbursements of $700 for neighborhood flower baskets to the Lake Oswego Chamber Foundation.
Architectural Design Review Committee and common area maintenance. Fritz and Cynthia led a discussion of the following ADRC-
Approval of a new paint color on Camden Lane (subject to soliciting approval signatures from two neighbors across the street).
Approval of a new paint color on Coventry Court.
A discussion of neighborhood signs.
Fritz reviewed the bids he obtained to update the entrance to the Parke at Westlake on both corners at Parkview and Camden. Fritz recommended, and the board approved, acceptance of a $2,650 bid from Green Growth Landscape Maintenance, which will entail removal of existing plants and excess dirt, rototilling, planting new evergreen bushes, placing two new boulders, and spreading bark dust. Fritz also plans to engage someone to power wash the brick surfaces on both corners and to obtain annuals that Green Growth can plant at the site.
The board recognized Karl Wardrop, who once again has put up the neighborhood flags.
