Minutes of the Monthly Meeting of the Board of Directors of
Westlake Homeowners Association
May 17, 2021 at 6:30 p.m. -
Board members in attendance: Fritz Gerwe, Chris Heuer, Rolland Royce and Lev Volod.
Fritz called the meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. The minutes of the April 19, 2021 board meeting were approved with suggested edits.
Treasurer’s report. Rolland reviewed the April and year-
Architectural Design Review Committee and common area maintenance.
Requests for exterior paint on Westfield and Meridian were approved as submitted.
A request for removal of a hazardous tree on Victoria Ct was approved subject to City approval.
A request for exterior paint and a new roof on Westfield was discussed and approved – Fritz will contact the homeowner on a variety of related issues.
A patio remodel on Charles Circle was approved
Open Spaces.
Update on assessment of trees in open spaces – Tom will contact Teragon for proposed contract.
Risk of fire from fallen trees/debris in open spaces – the input from the Fire Marsha of Lake Oswego was discussed – agreed that Oswego Lake Watershed Council would be asked for input.
