Minutes of Special Board Meeting
Westlake Homeowners Association
October 1, 2025; 6:30 p.m.
Board Member Anderson Home

Chris Heuer called the board meeting to order at 7:00 p.m.  In attendance were board members Chris Heuer, Lia Anderson, Derek Johanson, and Rolland Royce.  Lev Volod was absent.

Policy on Removal of Trees:  The Board reviewed and discussed the proposed Policy on Removal of Trees.  Upon motion made and seconded, the Policy was approved as submitted without dissent.  

Policy on Landscaping and Yard Maintenance:  The Board reviewed and discussed the proposed Policy on Landscaping and Yard Maintenance.  Upon motion made and seconded, the Policy was approved as submitted without dissent.  


There being no further business, the meeting was adjournedat 7:30 p.m.
